Thoughts and Music While Driving to Savannah on I-40

April 8, 2021 by Judy Lyness 1 Comment

Driving is very close to transcendental meditation for me, especially on the straight two laned I-40 that I drove until Memphis on my way to Savannah. Very little attention must be paid to the road and other drivers, well except for that guy, make that a very old guy who didn’t look as he moved over to the right and almost pushed me off the highway. The voice in my head kept repeating, “Why bother?” That’s why I was so happy that my … [Read more...]

Her Eyes Graffiti Downtown LA

I am starting a new series called Weekly Wanderings and this week's its Downtown LA Arts District. I realized that I have a trove of pictures of my treks that have sat on a hard drive unpublished. So now I will be publishing them. Weekly Wanderings will be a combo of stills and short videos. Hope you enjoy. I love weeping … [Read more...]
